Forget Star Wars DVD Trilogy...
I was just on vacation in San Francisco this past weekend with my GF, the trip was fantastic but a high point had to be walking into the Virgin Megastore and seeing the three DVD set of the first season of Different Strokes!

Saw it again today at a store during lunch for only $25. Why didn't I buy it yet?But seriously as soon as they put all the greats out there on DVD like Punky Brewster, Dukes of Hazzard, Chips, etc. it's just gonna be all over. Life I mean.

my favorite cast was towards the end of the show, when sam the redheaded stepson came on board. sam was to bowl cuts what samual l jackson is to greasy perms...

So it's DVD city when falling asleep. I can likely get through all those eps by Monday.

i would like to see different strokes again. i remember watching that show when i was a little kid. oh hey. my grandpa went to school with the guy who plays the dad on that show. he is from some small little prairie town in alberta (some usless info for you)

There are clips of Diff Strokes in the Tupac Resurection DVD I think. Isn't there one where Willis refers to him and Arnold not only being from Harlem but also from the "ghetto?"

Only saw a few episodes of The Surreal Life, but the one where they were running a restaraunt and Gary Coleman just freaked out when they kept taunging him randomly to say that phrase was priceless.
He was in the cheepest looking blazer I've ever seen, black and white thread.
