could be hand drawn but...doubt it.

It looks familiar but I can't put my finger on it. I thought it was Chunder by Chank Diesel but it's not. Similar though.

it definitely is a spin off from aktuelle (brendel). the capitals have more swirls etc. lower case are almost identical. however i can't find anything online showing aktuelle. but it very well is a nice font.

I dunno but I'm a bit pissed that he did EXACTLY what I was going to do with that character, the original is the logo for 'OTTO the Orkin Man' Orkin being a bug repellant, he switched the hose nozzle for a spray can..
