i got 1 burning question .why are clocks or watches in advertisements always point at ten minutes past ten?why why?
- Ell0
Its so the watch make + the date (if it has one) isn't obscured by the hands
- wendell0
if the fact about that is maybes i have seen the thread of you correct -i think about that the date one is correct and also it is a sex referense i think about that. like the opening of the legs of a woman in forplay and not quite full sex.time FOR sex i think about a TV reportasje about 'Wet Dreamin' as an A.D!!" i will if i am A.D!!! all advertizing the is peddling of clean sex @D TR@P @SS!!!

hahaha the smiley effect!! for those who understand german:

hahahaha!!
"mit Ausnahme von Digitaluhren, versteht sich!" "
selbstverständlich!!

teee heee. teh translation:
Why the pointers of the clocks stand nearly without exception on approx.. 10 o'clock 10? Answer: "Das is unterschwellige Werbung!" Question: How are we to understand this...? Answer: "Als advertising-psychological measure! It concerns here the well-known smiley Effekt!" Question: Smiley? This yellow jet man face? Answer: "Genau! And now we make the time check: I set my clock now to 10 after 10. And you Spiesser your stop watches on 20 after 7! You become more aware of: My number sheet smiles merry, while yours pulls the mundwinkel downward and miesgelaunt dreinschaut!" Alfons of the Spiesser took, saw and kriegte the impression: it is correct! "Siehst Du", if the Uhrologe spoke, "und because a friendly clock the viewer positively responds, the pointers are mostly located in the advertisement in the smiley position - with exception of digital clocks, understands sich!"
