Photoshop CS Problem

When I create a new path in Photoshop CS and then load the it as a selection, it's only doing the outside path and not the inside ones. In 7 it would do all the paths.

how are you getting a selection from the path?
i just (mac) apple-click the path. it works fine for me when i do this. are your paths all on the same path layer (ie one actual path?).

the paths are on the same level and i'm using the 'load path as selection' button.

i just did the same and it worked fine unless one of the paths and/or points was selected with the pointer tool.
maybe just try and apple-click (mac) or the eqivilent on PC the path in the paths palette to get the selection? i'm guessing your on a PC?
