anybody know if I can see the thumbnails of PS CS files in a folder?

Ill CS files can be viewed with thumbnails in a folder.
that's why I think it's strange.
any idea?

You are talking about in Windows right? Apart from the folder options you might need to set the PS preferences to save the thumbnail (at least Image Ready gives you the choice to include thumbnails, full-size previews etc when saving..)
