I really like it and nothing really stands out as 'wrong'.. cept maybe the E is a bit too long and the last S could be more curved around... but its cool.

I think it looks good ...... with a few tweaks this would be tight
the 1st B - the upper bowl is slanted a little too much downward... it could pass for a lower case e or even a g ...try and mimic the 2nd b's bowls
the 2nd b is just a little to bulky..
the Y's spurs are just a little bit off... and the serifs are not even..
the E's serifs need some work..
the bowl on the lower part of the P is a bit too rounded...
Concentrate on making the second S exactly like the first....
it may sound like a lot but it isnt......
