There was a lovely crispness in the air on the way to work today...and when I got into Boulder the smell of freshly cut grass was everywhere...

Thoughts on autumn:
I really like the smell of burning leaves.... although I know many people who don't.
Nothin like waking up and slippin on a hooded sweatshirt...
oh.., and I like seeing my breath, lets me know I'm alive.

yes, such an invigorating season. i usually get out of bed earlier and get outside for a good morning run and then settle down at the local hole-in-the-wall breakfast diner for some toast and coffee.

I'm getting married on Saturday so I hope it stays sunny, cool and crisp. It's beautiful here on Vancouver Island this time of year.

brrr, it was a little chilly getting out of bed this morning, especially when my feet touched the hardwood floor. i reached for my slippers, but suddenly remembered i don't wear slippers...

Man, we really don't have fall. Our October is like everyone elses July, then suddenly in November it gets windy and kind of cold. Then before you know it, it hot as balls again. But I do remember the seasons well when I lived in Utah... that's about all I want to remember about Utah...

Yeah, it's ok for a changeup. Granted, I wouldn't mind living in a desert area like Phoenix where it;s hot in the day and cool at night.
