I'm using eMule but is there anything else good out there that won't hijack my machine like Kazaa?

Friend of mine using BitTorrent in Japan just got an email from his provider saying they had been contacted by Universal Pictures and that his IP was logged at the time for sharing a movie.
Ooops.
They told him "please stop" that was it !!!

Damn! We are gonna be seeing that shit more often. Whatever you do, don't touch eDonkey 2000. I installed that turd and it shut my net connection down for 6 hours =(

low overheads, not many spoof files, quick downloads, doesnt use the ed2k or overnet networks so you dont have to wait forever for stuff..
otherwise use shareaza, it DL's bittorrent, ed2k and overnet networks. It kills your machine and sucks all your bandwidth and theres loads of fakes and the downloads rareley complete - good one for overtheweekend at work :)
