Haygarth are looking for a talented, dynamic and highly imaginative Junior Art Director. As well as being proficient in Flash MX 2004 and Photoshop 7, you will have an expert knowledge of After Effects 5.5 and Premiere 6.5 and a good sound working knowledge of Soundforge.
You will be utilising your conceptual skills to design innovative and dynamic websites, microsites, e-mails and CD-ROMS for a broad range of high quality corporate clients and SME's. You will have a highly honed awareness of all web-based issues and restrictions, with a skill in compression techniques. Using your two years of experience, you will apply your stylistic breatdth to create stunning work of the highest quality to push boundaries while adhering to accessibility and usabilty issues. You will be interpreting briefs and creating impactful and targeted desings to be executed by the prodction team.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated, as well as being to work work well as part of a larger team.

Candidates must also answer phones, clean toilets, play the banjo and drum at the same time, have lunch prepared for the staff, do dry cleaning runs, and recap last nights tv highlights.

As a junior artdirector your desk is inside the art directors arse.
I believe there is flash and after effects installed inside most art directors arses. let's just hope your not on dial up!

why the fuck should he be in fear of getting flamed if he posts it in the PVN? The job sounds fair.
I would post a job opportunity in the PVN too, rather than getting emails asking the same questions over and over. If there are questions then he can answer them in this forum for everyone to see. Get off your high horses.
