Powerbook 1.33 vs 1.5

dumb question but will there really be that much of a difference?
looking to pick up the 15" inch and cant decide if its worth the extra to get the 1.5 , or just stick with the 1.33 and throw in some ram.

I doubt you could tell the difference from using it.

i would say get the 1.33 and some ram. That is a fantastic machine. I built websites, made feature length films in FCP, photoshoped stuff as if I was on a new G5 with my old G4 522 mhz. It had a gig of ram and that HELPED.
(i now have a G5 and its fast...but not that much faster as you might image it to be)

i was referring to desktops not laptops in my previous post.

and also i meant 533mhz not 522
(i have a bandaid on my index finger and I cannot type well anymore)

stick with the 1.33 and put tons of ram in it..
you woun notice much differnece between the 2 processor speeds..
1gig ram 1.33 will run much bettter than a 512 1.5
