I organazied a retainer a while back... it was fairly simple... it was a 2 dy a month retainer... if they didn't use those two days in one month... they could be carried onto the next month (one month max) so the most you would have to do in any one month was 4 days work.... it seemed to work out quite well

they want approx. 4 days per month....but they want it worked out weekly ..... 8 hours a week... to be carried over..... if it isn't used...and they want to sign on for 3 months....
how would it work if they asked me to do something....I mean I am more concerned that if I have other clients and then I am on deadline with one client and then they call up and ask me for something.....how long do I have to deliver......
