i don't know...it's fishy man, it doesn't sound as strong, and really if it were mike patton and the boys, why would they get together and have the same musical circle jerks as before...he's into new things ALL THE TIME! not the same shit.

why don't you guys just cover mr. bungle songs?
from the few songs i've heard, it seems like that's basically what you are doing anyway.
i think a tribute band is a lot more respectable than a band that claims to be original, when it is so blatantly derivative.

nah, no label.
I don't think we are at a point where the music is far enough developed..
needs some shaping & edging, but we are on a good way, I guess.
Also a question of the level of recording, as this stuff is all self-produced.

it matters not whether i make music or not. mr. bungle is(was) a fantastic band, one of my favorites for more than 10 years now, and they are deserving of tribute. They do not deserve to have people ripping off their music and claiming it as their own.
but, since you ask, i was a full time musician for many years, in a number of bands.
