saw recently: a font that looked as if someone had taken photos of lit neon lettering and played with the threshold to create black solid but quite rough strokes. + you could still see where the tubes ended in the letter forms.
on a fairly cool pay font site i think. any ideas please?

have you seen this months CR? theres one in there thats fuckin dope.. mayb have been a student that did it, its not rough its clean and dope

doesn't give a name of the font, it was a student at st. martins called Joe Harries, no other info

don't mean rough really - mean't that the strokes were slightly uneven in width so that you could clearly see it was taken from a solid form. sound right rasko?

err kinda, its quite clean and all the letters link up, sund right? its on a poster with SOHO blah blah on it

yeah but the jazzanova is better imo.. funny, I was just trying to draw something like this the other day for a domain I bought... which has the word neon in it... but I want the hearts, clubs, spades, diamonds symbols aswell.
