Firefox dissed

So I'm running Windows XP with Mozilla Firefox 0.8. I get this crazy-ass message. Bad! Here is the screenshot. (It seems like they don't support MAC IE/5. Wha?)

a) why are you running such an ancient version get 9.x!!
b) theres a plugin for firefox to make it register as IE.

The site seems to work fine for me as well. It's a really out-moded way of thinking, listing so-called supported browsers, but I think the problem is not so much a lack of Firefox/Mozilla support but a bad browser sniffer.
