flash to quicktime

I have an animation that has embedded movie clips, is there anyway to export this as an .mov? I dont want to have to rebuild it in order to give it to the client. Thanks peeps.

there is a quicktime export option in the publish settings [file/publish settings].
I'm not sure what will happen if you have animation inside yr MC's that's triggered along the way. give it a whirl and see how it goes.
let me know what happens. it would be good to know

Did you try clicking 'play every frame' in the Flash > Publish > QT prefs? I think that publishes animations within MCs, might not though.

heres the trick! Output you flash movie as a SWF, import it into Diretor and output it from there as a QT.

try using 'Snapz Pro' it can record aything off your screen
