for mp3 its easy, but i burn some song on Audio CD format, and when finish lost the ID tracks info, appear normal like Track 01, Track 02 ect....

are you talking about burning a cd with cd text? if so i don't think itunes can do that. but.. im not sure.

i was wondering how to do the same myself.

you have to be connected to the internet, then iTunes will connect to the CDDB database and find the tracknames.
you can also try Advanced > Get CD Track Names

no no, we're talking about AUDIO CD text. A lot of new audio CDs have ID3-like tags or text embedded in them.
