a client of mine keeps getting emails from users saying that they cannot access one part of this site:
http://www.universityaffairs.ca/…
It's really strange and i cant reproduce the problem in any browser.
Essentially they are saying that the image for the third tab - Career Ads - does not show up ( is blank) and that they cannot click on it to access this page - http://www.universityaffairs.ca/…
its been way too many people reporting this problem for it just too be someones cache is too full but i can't find anybody i know who can duplicate it.
Can you see and access this tab and page.
any ideas?
any help with this is greatly appreciated

Make sure they aren't running AOL pop up blocker or Zone Alarm Pro. Both of these apps, beyond just blocking popups, rewrite the HTML before sending it to the browser. I have seen instances where they will drop out one or two images and HREFs on a page, consistantly. Once turned off the page loads fine.
btw, page loads fine here:
PC/IE6
PC/Firefox
