Hey.
dont know if im using the correct terminology, but what are some good resources/books on isometric drawing, that explains the fundamentals and placement of vanishing points etc?peaceNadvance

i don't think isometric views have vanishing points.

I think you mean axonimetric drawings.
Architecture books will be good for that. I studied architecture for a bit and have a minor in it.
Drawing like that is fun, don't really do it much anymore but it's cool to adapt it to abstract art and such.

I used to have this link, but there was this post on the NTB not long ago in reference to this guy who did the detailed isometric drawings of a huge cruise ship. He had a bunch of tutorials on his website as well. Perhaps that jogs someone else's memory?
