looks like builds pixel font but its not. W looks different. I don't think this is a new font i think its been around since computers were made. anyone know it?

Uhm...
The images are compiled out of some Ascii compiler or hand set.
For the typeface itself, I would look for dotmatrix fonts for the solution.
That paper with the side bits you tear off really bring me back to Printshop Pro Apple iie banners for school circa 1985.

very well could be, maybe he used a very old printer to so that. not sure. Could be custom made too...?

I had a printer like that ahh why did by parents throw it out! but yeah its the sickest thing iv seen in the longest time. It brings be back to late 1980-1990.

No, that was the standard font those dot matrix printers used to print with. I believe it was hardwired into it as things such as setting fonts with dot matrix printers didn't really apply at the time. They were for pure information and printing of documents nothing more. It even says on one of the pages, Systemtype: Mac Classic II.
Try googling:

as its written on the page, it was printed with an apple imagewriter II printer.
...now those printers used the standard apple bit-map fonts: like geneva, chicago, and the rest of city names... so it should be a standard apple bitmap font.
