omg I just ate a nut swirl, a vanilla crown, a pain au almond and something, a double decker, a snickers, a banana frijj shake and a cup of coffee... I am seriously about to vomit... *watery mouth*

Wow well done there lots eaten and a nice variety of sweets to boot. I had some porridge oats with milk and sugar cos water and salt tastes manky.

well ya know, no beer on friday, no beer on saturday.... wankered in the lock tavern on sunday... sugar & caffiene diet on a monday, fuck I even took the tube today for the first time in about 8 weeks.. *vomits*
