  I have found it pretty funny how NBC does the medal tally on their website and I assume on TV as well.

  Early on in the games when the USA had more gold medals but Australia had more total medals, the USA was being put on top of the tally.

  Then when the USA had more medals, but China had more Gold, the USA was still being put on top.

  WTF?
