PC or Mac? PC use Sony Vegas Video, you can go back and forth or even a full version of Sound Forge from Sony as well. You could also use Sorenson Squeeze at http://www.sorenson.com

BTW, the dB here with the find button is your friend, this answer is in there for sure. :)
