Are you shitting me brandelec?!? That's just not good. Before you got to bed instead have a large protein shake smoothy. Something with like 300+ calories, 40-50+ protein and 60+ carbs. That's what I did from last November - March and I gained 20lbs. Well.... that and steroids.

yeah don't eat that much before you sleep, in fact don't eat after 7PM. Your body just plain and simple doens't need it. Eat a large breakfast, low-carb, high-protein, light lunch and substantial dinner. No snacking along the way unless it's healthy sh*t.

Healthy Pancakes
1 egg, or substitute
2 1/2 cup rice milk, or skim milk
2 tbsp. Sucanat, or brown sugar
1 T. honey
1 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 apple, shredded
1/4 cup raisins (or 1/2 cup blueberries)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. natural sesame seeds
2 tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 cup bran
-------------------------------In large bowl, combine milk, egg, fruit sugar, oil and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Pancake mixture will be ready for breakfast. Wake up early, make coffee (or substitute), and blindly add the pancake mixture to a heated lightly oiled skillet and pray that it will produce pancakes for the family. Well, that's how I begin my day, anyway. Top the pancakes with maple syrup or molasses.

Haha. I only eat at 2am in the off season when I'm trying to gain weight. Now I only have an 8oz chicken breast at about 10pm and am in bed by 11... or so. Depending on how good Adult Swim is. haha.
