both of those sites, although functionally sound look like a bad version of 2A's early stuff

Hi guys,
I wanted to let you know I ditched the old site, because it wasn't original. I respect the creative world. and to be honest, I really felt that original site was nothing to be proud of. I'm ashamed it was even put online. Hope you'll embrace the new changes, and the fact I'm openly crticizing a site that was representing my music (not anymore!). It was garbage, plain and simple.
Sometimes we do stupid things. I would ask for your understanding as things change for the better.

Yeah, no doubt.. there's nothing really to excuse mimicking another site, but I can offer an explaination.. when you enter into a new industry (music in this case) you think in order to be accepted you'll need something that fits a certain mold/caliber.. and it really screws with your creativity. If you let what other people might think affect what you're doing, it turns to shit. SO, from here foreward, I'm going to be me.. if it's good, it's good, and if it's shit, it's shit.
With the old site, I wasn't thinking about anything except what record companies will think when viewing the site, when really that isn't important. I should have been taking what I think into consideration, and wasn't.. I was actually ignoring it.
What's important to me is being creative, and I won't step outside of that anymore, no matter what.
That being said, I would like to move past this little bump in the road, it was a learning experience.
Thanks for listening.
