Hey guys, I have a client who is claiming they can't see their own site (but could earlier this week). I think that there is something broken between NYC and the hosting facility, but the guy isn't able to handle running a tracert. Can anyone in NYC tell me if they can or cannot see this site: http://www.furlausa.com/franchis…

I had a look in Manhattan and Hoboken and it worked fine. Fucking hell - Furla are a pretty big luxury brand, surely they're not being cheap?!

Nah, not being cheap at all, the guy's ISP is giving him fits. Their tracert doesn't even let them get out one hop...
