WTF is that when you stretch at certain times and get really lightheaded like you're going to pass out? Anyone else do that?

actually, when you stretch you tend to stop breathing. do you smoke?
- ********0
drink more water
- ********0
wait, did i say that?
i meant "drink more beer"
- heavyarms0
No I don't smoke. It only happens certain times every great once in a while. Maybe when I'm real tired not like if I was doing stretching exercises. I usually have my arms up and I think I do stop breathing when I do it. I thought it was probably common.

could be that you have nasal drainage that is moving around whey you tilt your head. that can make you a little dizzy or lightheaded. you might want to visit your doc and have a physical done just to rule out any serious conditions. good luck!

Damn, I didn't think it could be anything serious. Actually I've done it since I was young. Now I'm kind of freaked out. I really don't like going to doctors. I'm sure it's nothing though. I just thought it happened to everyone.

Well it happens to me quite often, but I'm in terrible shape, smoke cigs, pot and drink tons. It often happens if I just move certain ways too fast, especially if I suddenly try to get vertical after being horizontal for a while.
- tim5250
didn't want to worry you. visit teh doc and make sure it's nothing.
- heavyarms0
Your right. Everyone should probably get a physical regularly anyway.
