Cany anyone reccomend a good agent in New York? I dont mean a giant resume warehouse like Aquent. I'm looking to work with someone on a personal level instead of filling out a billion forms for nothing.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket - as much as the paperwork sux - sign up with about 10 agencies. Selling yourself is 90% of the business. Any old mug can design ;)
