there's been a chemical spill outside my work how exciting. Aldwych has been sectioned off with blue tape and shouting policemen and there are loads of firetrucks and police cars.. i wonder if we'll be forced to take shelter in the pub in the basement?

hmm dunno. that "Breathing Apparatus Major Incident Unit" truck had me worried but the police don't seem to be too stressed... lots of sirens going past now tho

I used to use my USA Today employee badge to get into shows at the 9:30 club when they were sold out. Funny part is that it wasn't even a press badge, just had the logo it . At the time I was just a grunt pasteup artist.
Peolpe are suckers for authentic looking items with a recognizable logo. (Getting harder these days in DC with all of the paranoia.)
