well it depends how much is DB driven...and how many pages there are...and how much time you spend on it...there are amby factors to consider...are you taking into account usability testing...flow diagrams...wireframes? At a min I would charge a site that that out at 4-5G's....but I would probably budget the proposal...starting from scratch...at closer to 10/12K if they wanted the whole shebang....
