This was meant to just be for one real estate broker but now it looks like the company want all their brokers to have the same looking mini-site off the back of their main website.
With that in mind I tried to keep it as neutral as possible. Did the design and html'ed it all last night...I'll get round to CSS'ing it before it goes live:

It's just the frontpage at the moment - none of the menu links are active...but the listing links are....
Any comments?

Looks fabu. Nice color scheme. I think though black text sucks, I would try a dark gray instead.
But that's just me. I like the look and feel.

I would make the "call me" info a bit more prominent. maybe have the contact info all on the initial page of the site. other than that, it's looking good.

me likey. only 2 suggestions: small caps (same as Denver Real Estate...) instead of italics and possible dotted line under "A personal service..."

I like it too, couple of things I personally am not fond of:
- the taupe block on the right hand side, I understand why you're using that, but might it look better if you used that on either side and centred the content? I know it's typical but it's just heavy right now.
- the tagline needs to go elsewhere, it seems a little out of place, then you could bring the rest of that content up to line up with yer nav.

looks pretty clean and good to me, functionally it already should work out, nothing too heavy there. simple is better
