Has this been hand sewn or is there a brush out there that can do it easy peasy?

Thats our holding screen, were workin on the website was we speak, that image by the way was by non format
I was just wondering whether there was an easier way to get that same effect, I'm crap at sewing

just type up the text in p-shop, ctrl-right click the layer. Now that the text is selected create a new layer and use the brush tool... could also use a wacom tablet.
(did I make any sense? I'm still on my first coffee this morning)

there's a illy script for that. think it's over at scriptographer.com (as well as the plugin needed)
