i am looking to make a perfect pattern from a ring pattern i made... is there a easier way for me to do it?

i know i can create or dr=efine as pattern, but then there is a lot of white space, wheras i want it to be a perfect pattern...
using the cirlces from this:

anyone... is there a filter or plugin or something i could use for PS? or an easier way to do it rather than manually, i cant get the pattern to match up manually...

sorry if i've misunderstood but seems fairly simple without filters?
turn the circles around so they fit better into a rectangle, then select the area and make a fill pattern out of it? then if you fill a bigger area than you need you can turn it back round to the right angle

Use the Offset filter in Photoshop. (Filter>Other>Offset)
Offset it, then you can complete your pattern by adding more of the artwork. It's easy but may take some trial and error.
