Font HELP Please!

    I was sent some fonts exported from a MAC OSX system. I have no idea what type of font they are because no extension is listed. Looks like this:
    ._MicroTecCon
    MICROTECCON File
    33kb
    What type of file is this and how can I get it converted and working on my PC?
    I tried http://www.fontlab.com/html/tran… to no avail.
    PLEASE HELP
