flash pimps : possible freelance opportunity

I have a potential client that i'm pitching on a website redesign, they are a skatepark builder and are very interested in having a flash-based interface where visitors can build their own skatepark in flash and save it so that the skatepark bulder can view the design and reply with a quote and/or suggestions for improved designs. They basically want pre-set objects such as quarter pipes, banks, rails, etc. that can be moved around on a grid. They also want to make sure there are certain restrictions in place that would not allow people to set things at certain angles, or too close to each other, etc.

i believe they have 3d renderings of the different obstacles they offer... they are a skatepark builder so they should have 3d layout programs they can export those elements to vector graphics? I've only had one conversation with these people, but i do know they are CAD pimps... so yeah, i'm gonna assume they can provide the parks graphical assets.

well, for vector output from 3D from MAX I use discreet's plasma, illustrate or a swift3D plugin.
anyways___ since I don't have a lot of free time right now, I could only help with the code [leaving the layout/design to another person].
