  Web Usability Engineer with Visual Design experience if possible Need to be
  able to do Wireframes (visio, powerpoint) - would be good if they know
  PhotoShop, Illustrator, and/or HTML Would prefer at least 4 years experience
  with Web Usability Engineering/Visual communications design and field
  research experience.
