my friend was on set with him last week for some commercial, and he had some classic stories:
Director: "So Bill, we were thinking that you should move to your spot, say your line, but then motion over..."
Shatner: "Well what I'm going to do is motion over here and then say my line".
[Shatner then does as he pleases, and leaves director remembering that this man has laid every woman in the Federation's reach]

shatner has a new song out with ben folds. it's actually not that bad. i like it for some reason. shatner is talking in the beginning about a woman who wants to be around poor people or something. for their first date he takes her to a grocery store or something. it's funny but good.
