doesn't sound like a concussion to me. If your not experiencing any other headaches or dizzy spells I wouldn't sweat it. even if your skull was slightly fracture, they wouldn't do anything for it.
Hospitals suck and so do busted up heads...

concussions aren't a one time thing dude, effects can linger, take a shot to the head again down the road, doesn't matter, could be years...you could be out, permanently

A bad head injury will usually entail you feeling better then worst then better then worst and so on. so if you don't relapse into dizziness or worse your probably OK.
