  I saw a trailer of a French film several months ago. Set in the future. Very scifi with awesome graphics. Can't remember if it was posted in PBS or PVN.

  There was this dude with a hawks head and some girl who had some hidden power.

  Anyway have an idea of what I am referring? Maybe even a link?

  There's movie by Luc Besson inspired in the Incal, work of Moebius [Jean Giraud]. But the actors are mainly english/american.

  yeah in Japanese the film is called "god x diva" and french
  "Immortel" check out this link...
