naw, sorry its none of those. This site/font was posted before way back.
i think it might be alpha from http://lineto.scratchdisk.org/1.…
but Lineto no longer sells this, so just do a google search for Alpha Headline.peace

it is alpha headline by Cornel Windlin. Not sure where you'll get it though
