Enlarging photo's

  Whats the best way to enlarge images. I've heard of some standalone programs for Mac that blow photoshop away, when it comes to enlarging. Know of any for PC?

  My problem is, client has pictures but they're to small. I need to enlarge them for print with looking too nasty.

  hmm yeah we use that genuine fractals plug-in for photoshop when we have to blow up small things to ridiculous sizes. it really does do wonders.
