sticky notes on OSX

  I think I closed one of the sticky notes without saving it, it was open in my computer for days, is there a way to recover the information in there?

  its really important..

  Dont think so, if you arent doing any sort of automated backup of your home folder...(StickiesDatabase file in your home folder > Library) If you use Apple Backup it backs up this sort of stuff by default to iDisk.
