Fair estimate?

I am doing a proposal for a website. Right now, it is just an estimate for a one page flash interim page, until he gets all the content together for the rest of the site. Below is the original email I sent. Does this look fair? BTW, the two week time frame is only because I have a full time job. Thanks in advance.

My fixed price estimate is $2000. This is based on 40 billable hours at $50/hour.This includes:
-Design-Design and Layout of imagery and text, preparing of image files in Photoshop for Flash Movie,
-Construction-Animation of elements in Flash, sound editing of music used in Flash, coding of HTML Page for integrating flash movie into Web Page.
-Testing-Previewing page on multiple browsers and multiple platforms,ie. Mac and Windows.
50% payment or $1000 would be due up front, and the remaining 50% will be payable upon receipt of the flash intro page.
I estimate this will take about two weeks time to complete.
