what is interesting is that he picked out these words, probably he had seen them quite a bit, an interesting reflection on the mind poisoning fear pamphlets we call 'news'.. I wonder what else was on his list - WMD? War on Terror? Road to Peace? Evil Islamic extremists? Economy rising? Bush is a great?

an interesting sidenote is that Kamikaze is not actually the correct word, The official name of the mission was 'shinpuu tokubetsu ko-geki tai'
shinpuu (the same characters as kamikaze but a different pronunciation) tokubetsu ko-geki tai literally meaning divine storm special force units.

esp. Japanese men of a certain age
"Can't trust those damn Japs! They tortured ma gran-pappy in WW2! Murderous swines! make nice hi-fi's tho"

one man's terrorist is another man's shinpuu tokubetsu ko-geki tai.

Kamikaze means 'divine wind' which refers to a typhoon which saved the Japanese from an attack by a Mongol fleet in the 13th century.

I am not sure if it is just australia, but the word 'Kaze' i have known to be used to refer to the toilet..as in the 'wind box'..I guess, 'Kaze' is the wind bit of 'divine wind'
useage:
'I'm just poping out to the kaze'
