i dunno man... the paper denims are nice, tried a few pairs on but just can't justify dropping 200-300 on a parif of fuckin jeans that cost about 5 bucks to make.
i'll stick with me C1 Denim, Analog and Volcom.

interesting that when asked to define their personal style people give corporate brands as answers.

Clothing would be just about anything that fits well and looks good. I dont care about its source. Personally Id wear a proper suit with vest and silk tie everyday if I wasent lazy (or had a weeks worth of suits :(

what you would wear and what you do wear are 2 different things.
what a person spends their money on, and how much they spend on it paints a much more intricate picture.

"interesting that when asked to define their personal style people give corporate brands as answers."
I was thinking the same thing earlier tonight. When people talk about what identifies them its a string of brand-names. I was thinking about some friends who live in california where fashion is elevated to idol status in their humanism. Their "personal style" is indicative of their moral perspectives and social religion. These things are constantly changing and so must their "style." For these people, their clothing defines them. And their clothing says to me.. "Hey, I don't know what the f*ck I believe. I need advertising, media, and fellow trendwhores to help me define myself." .. white-washed tombs.
and all you folks engaged in the trend of "anti-trendwhorism" buying $200 jeans and writing about it in forums are just as ridiculous as the guy walking out of the gap. You just pay more. stupid

200 to 300 dollars for a pair of jeans? that is the gayest thing I have ever heard of.

I got no style. Old jeans, old tee, flip flops.

p.s. paper denim fits weird.

The last time I went clothes shopping was in 1999. I wear what I have and occasionally pick up things at thift stores.
Hip clothes is a waste of money to me. Since being indie looking is cool now I fit right in with my purchases from 4 years ago.
I never buy any name brand crap. If I do it's cheap. For one, because it's a waste of money. For two, because having someone elses name on my property is ridicuous to me. For three, most of the time I hate the style anyway. If Deisel jeans were 10.00 bucks I wouldn't wear them. They make everyone look like they are at the MTV beachhouse, dancing. Not my style.
PS-
I hate sneakers- sneakers are for children. I don't think any adult looks "cool" wearing basketball shoes that look like they are from outerspace- this isn't the freakin moon and you sir are NOT a basketball player- and even if you are you are NOT on the court.

I guess I don't care about those things - fashion, style, trends. I like t-shirts & jeans because they are comfortable. I like a particular fit, but not a particular brand. I wear flip flops & sometimes sneakers, but I couldn't tell you who made them or where I got them from. I wear skirts & blouses to work, but only because my mum sends them to me. (She has high hopes that someday I'll care about what I wear.) Silly wabbit.
