My boss wants me to make one. Got no idea where to start. Maybe i should learn flash.

read the specs on that site. it's not just a flash file.

which doesn't say it is impossible to make it yourself. depending on what you exactly want though. with xml/php (and backend maintainance) and flash it can be done the same way.

i was going to post this for you..could be usefull:
