  hey out there in NT world...
  a client in the past has had some illustration work done in the style of the wallstreet journal illustrations... stipling effect and line work... remember reading/ seeing an article about a program that converts illusrations into that style. cant remember if it was a print article or not...
  anyone know of program or article
