Anyone known how to URL encode trademark and copyright symbol when importing from a text file?
I usually refer to this page...

you tried opening the font to see?

Try typing this: "System.useCodepage = true" at the top of frame 1.
If you're using a mac...try publishing it on a PC. Helped me once.

thanks for this...
using a little workaround for my big hyphen as you can paste it into flash ok... so in my text file I've used a tilda ad then swap it out when flash runs...
might write a little prog to make it easier for all different characters, and dates etc.
