if we're talking "INSANE" i'd have to mention sealab 2021..
sometimes watching that show makes my head hurt.. so much crap going on at once.. you just start laughing cause if you don't you'll explode..

i dunno, i'd say don hertzfeldt's work is right up there with dogshitter, though perhaps more humurous. PERHAPS. i don't think any of his stuff is online though....but if you want a seriously large quantity of funny, check him out.

yeah.. don hertzfeldt's stuff is awesome.. definitely has a more polished edge to it..
i just did a search.. and it seems like all of it has been taken down.. i guess his stuff got popular.. and he had his lawyers do the C&D thing..
i used to have a copy of it from albinoblacksheep.com but now even their copy is down..

The funniest cartoon I ever seen was on UK TV Channel4, about 3 years ago. And the worst thing is I do not now hue make the cartoon, or what it was named. Too Drunk at the time.
It had a Moose in it and some weasel and they all come from NYC and they where all swearing like fucking troupers. Anyway Its one hell of a funny cartoon.
I wished I could remember hue made the cartoon.!

another fantastic cartoon featuring a moose (at one point) is invader zim by jhonen vasquez. one of the best shows EVER.
