just sliced my left index finger cutting something out. now i have a comedy bandaged end of finger and my usual ctrl+x, ctrl+v shenanigans result in a sharp burst of pain. aargh. roll on six o clock.

Doh, the last time I cut myself with a scalpel was at 7pm on valentines day a couple of years ago...
A workmate had forgotten to get a wife for his missus and he was meeting her after work, so he decides to design one and spend ages printing it out on best quality stuff. In order to save time he had me cut it out whilst he made an evelope from trace.
Needless to say I sliced my finger off and covered his card in blood...

sux. a buddy of mine once damn near killed himself by slicing his wrist. the dumbshit was holding a golf ball and wanted to cut open the case to get to the core. he was holding it in his left hand cutting TOWARDS his left wrist with his right hand. idiot slipped off and cut a 5 inch slice in his arm. hahaha. funny now but scary then when he came running out of his room to me watching tv screaming for me to take him to the hospital. not an easy task when you're 13.

i cut off the tip of my finger the night before my thesis progest was due, it would not stop bleeding and i didn't have time to go to the hospital so i burned the wound closed with a lighter, it hurt like a bitch but it stoped the bleeding & i finished the comp in time.

I was peeling potatoes the other day when I slipped with the peeler and cut my arm clean off, luckily I had a staple gun handy so I just stapled it back on, smoothed over the edges with paté and applied a light varnish.
