fuck fuse and apple...feeding off the same badvertisments. At work at 2 Penn Plaza I've got to see Fuse across the street, giant iPOd on one corner and FIX News Corp on the other...ahhhh

I hope FUSE doesn't budge. And I hope they win that lawsuit. You can't copyright a style. Thats crazy. They intentionally mimicked the style for humor and shock, but thats not illegal.

Actually, Fuse already budged. I was just on their site yesterday and they had the ads on their download/wallpapers section of their website.

well, they are a budding company and will budge once whats done is done. They planned to shock and poke fun and they did, people are talking, Apple is barking, plan worked. They can move on. Calvin Klein, Abby & Fitch do it all the time.
